STOCK & PROCESS MANAGER
As a Stock & Process Responsible, you will be involved in supervising daily operations, coordinating teams, ensuring service levels, and improving productivity. This position is key in guaranteeing on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and process compliance aligned with the brand’s high standards.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics flows inbound, outbound, inventory, and return flows, ensuring service level targets are met
- Supervise and coordinate 3PL in daily operations
- Track KPIs such as OTIF, stock accuracy, productivity, and fulfillment lead time
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to increase efficiency
- Support the Logistic Manager in new project deployment including testing and user training
- Lead UATs, manage issue tracking, and ensure knowledge transfer to operations
- Identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations to reduce costs and improve performance
- Monitor key metrics and analyze trends to support strategic decisions
- Act as a key point of contact for the 3PL ensuring that LV processes and standard are ensured
- Promote a process-oriented and data-driven culture within the warehouse
Profile
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement in supply chain/warehouse/logistics environments
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems; experience with Infolog a plus
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and process mapping
- Strong communication, training, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, and performance tracking
- Advanced skills in Power BI, including report creation, data modeling, and automation
- Fluent in Italian and English
